I started my career in Mergers & Acquisitions and investment, helping funds raise, deploy, and grow capital across venture and private equity. It taught me how money moves, how deals are made, and how the best companies think about value.
Then I did what most spreadsheet people eventually do.
I tried to build something of my own. At twenty-six, I launched my first company in deep-tech energy, convinced I’d make Bloomberg headlines and billions. Spoiler alert: I didn’t.
I went on to start two more software ventures – one lost its technical co-founder, another never found footing.
Eventually, I got tired of SaaS, and started building a hardware company in the IoT space serving a niche B2B clientele, working alongside two other tech startups whose strengths complemented mine.
That’s where I noticed something striking.
While I was struggling to build – and ship a product, these teams could execute, i.e., they built, shipped, and hustled, yet they struggled with what seemed the easy part: explaining what they were building, measuring whether it was working, and presenting it in a way clients, partners or investors could trust.
Their operations ran on intuition, not structure.
It hit me that this gap is where early ventures lose enormous value. Founders focus on shipping the product/service, but not the business and economics around it. When the time comes to raise or partner, they end up investing massive resources in building their story, financials, and strategy. It’s a waste of opportunity and resources.
That insight became Venture Co-op. A platform where early-stage founders professionalize before they have to. Where clarity, structure, and strategic storytelling are levers for traction, credibility, and optionality.

Work with me
If what you’re missing isn’t a proving demand, or minimum viable product, but the ability to show the world what you’re actually doing right – that’s where I can help. My skill lies in the part most founders postpone: turning the story, numbers, and systems of your company into the language investors, acquirers, and partners understand.
I partner with seed-stage founders to professionalize operations, sharpen investor narratives, and turn early traction into repeatable milestone wins.
At Venture Co-op, my team and I:
• turn messy books into investor-grade financials and board-ready reporting
• craft narratives that move investors, partners, and teams
• build scalable ops and product playbooks that create momentum
A focused chat to understand what you’re building, where the friction is, and what clarity or structure could unlock your next milestone.

Why “Venture Co-op”
The name comes from couch co-op – those games you played with friends, side by side, figuring things out together. You didn’t always win, but you learned faster, laughed harder, and kept pressing start again.
That spirit is what Venture Co-op is about.
In a world where founders build alongside algorithms and automation, you still need people to play with – partners who help you learn, grow, and level up your company. Maybe not on your couch, but close enough.
